We are looking for a high performing sales consultant who understands the bigger picture and the vision the company has. He/she/they must love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. There is complete ownership to directly impact the company’s top-line and expansion of our customer base. We expect that you love selling, and that you are self-driven and result oriented. This is a very high growth role in the organization and will be the bed-rock of taking up newer managerial opportunities in India and abroad.
Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements and pitch the relevant solution.
• Active front-end selling and cross-selling to potential buyers over the platform.
• Extensive coordination with EMB partners to close deals.
• Deliver daily progress, revenue and activity reports for all clients.
• Analyze, research, recommend and implement processes and systems.
• Outbound client acquisition through social media and networks.
• Keeping track of all the documentation required for a transaction.
• Helping both buyers and sellers in an ongoing transaction.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to gain deeper understanding of their needs and concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those.
• Take in-person meetings with clients locally as and when required.
Requirements:
• Understanding or prior experience (internship) B2B IT/SAAS sales environment.
• Good communication skills (both English and Hindi).
• Demonstrated initiative, boldness and flexibility.
