Job Description: A supply associate, is responsible for supporting and assisting in the process of vendor management within an organization. Their role is to ensure the smooth flow of handling the project to efficient vendor.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and source vendors for required Services
• Assess Vendor capabilities, quality, and reliability to ensure a consistent supply chain
• Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.
• Analyse forecast demand to avoid last minute hassle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine needs and optimization of process & vendors. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and customer service.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes with Vendors.
• Collaborate with Vendors to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Understanding of Marketing, ATL & BTL is required.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or any other related fields
• Experience of 2-3 years of experienc
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
